Goodlife is a small cottage town near Kyiv. It has around 70 houses and no fences to keep everyone in touch.

No more fun?

Buying a country house may seem like the end of your active city life. From now on, it’s all about a peaceful reunion with nature. But our people don’t want to give up on parties. In Goodlife, you can easily balance your calm family life with crazy get-togethers.

Logo

Real estate communication in Ukraine is very conservative and boring. It’s about luxury and wealth.

With new branding, we ask a question: what is true luxury in life? On your deathbed, will you remember the size of your living room or that Halloween party when you were dressed as a banana?

Knock, knock. Who's there?

Community isn’t an empty word for Goodlife. People there visit each other's houses, ask in group chats: "Who sees my child?", throw parties, and dance around the fire. We call them goodpeople. They are musicians, developers, businessmen, restaurateurs, and athletes. They are constantly creating and pollinating each other with ideas.

We wanted the new branding to be both bold and relaxed.

We keep layouts simple, not to distract you with unnecessary stuff. Cheerful Illustrations warm up the branding and represent the lifestyle of Goodlife.
